OpenMM topology transformations

This module contains implementations of common OpenMM topology transformations, like the generation of initial particle positions and subsetting existing topology objects.

Functions

create_atoms	Generates initial particle positions.
get_subset	Creates a topology subset and gets its corresponding particle positions.
