Stretched exponential function.

\[y=\exp{\left[-\left(\frac{x}{\alpha}\right)^\beta\right]}\]
Parameters:
xnumpy.ndarray

One-dimensional array containing \(x\)-values.

alphafloat

Scaling parameter \(\alpha\) for \(x\).

betafloat

Stretching exponent \(\beta\).

Returns:
fitnumpy.ndarray

Fitted \(y\)-values.
