Parallel Numba-accelerated inner product between all possible combinations of multiple one-dimensional NumPy arrays \(\mathbf{q}\) and \(\mathbf{r}\), each with shape \((3,)\).

\[\mathbf{q}\cdot\mathbf{r}=q_1r_1+q_2r_2+q_3r_3\]
Parameters:
qsnp.ndarray

Multiple vectors \(\mathbf{q}\).

Shape: \((N_q,\,3)\).

rsnp.ndarray

Multiple vectors \(\mathbf{r}\).

Shape: \((N_r,\,3,)\).

Returns:
snp.ndarray

Inner products of the vectors, \(\mathbf{q}\cdot\mathbf{r}\).

Shape: \((N_q,\,N_r)\).
